Hardware Rental Agreement for ZON
Credit Card Reader and Receipt Printer

1. Client desires to rent credit card reading hardware and agrees that WordStock has the sole right to determine what electronic devices ["Hardware"] are appropriate.

2. WordStock agrees to rental the Hardware to Client for a rental payment of $15 per month, per Point-of-Sale Station [POS]. The Hardware shall be whatever WordStock deems necessary, as per the attached Schedule A. The term of the rental shall be 36 (thirty-six) months. At the completion of the term, Client has the option of purchasing the Hardware from WordStock, at a cost of $50 (fifty dollars), per POS, or returning it to WordStock, postpaid. If Client does not wish to purchase the Hardware, WordStock, at its sole discretion, may continue the rental. However, WordStock, reserves the right to terminate the rental and/or adjust rental fees.

4. WordStock agrees to update and/or replace the Hardware, as may be required by third party vendors, such as Visanet, at no additional cost to Client, and with no increase in the amount of the monthly rental payment, for the Term.

5. WordStock agrees to maintain the Hardware in working order, during the Term, by repairing and/or replacing defective units, at WordStock's sole discretion.
