Hardware [Laser Touch] Rental Agreement for WordStock

1. Client desires to use the WordStock Software Product called Credit Card Authorization / Electronic Funds Transfer Program ["CCA"] and agrees that WordStock has the sole right to determine what electronic devices ["Hardware"] are appropriate for using CCA.

2. WordStock agrees to rent the Hardware to Client for a lease payment of $30 per month, per Point-of-Sale Station [POS]. The Hardware shall be whatever WordStock deems necessary to use CCA

WordStock, reserves the right to terminate the rental and/or adjust rental fees.

4. WordStock agrees to update and/or replace the Hardware, as may be required by third party vendors, such as Visanet, at no additional cost to Client, and with no increase in the amount of the monthly lease payment, for the Term.

5. WordStock agrees to maintain the Hardware in working order, during the Term, by repairing and/or replacing defective units, at WordStock's sole discretion.
