WordStock CCA Hardware Buyout

Hardware Lease Buyout for WordStock
Credit Card Authorization / Electronic Funds Transfer Program

1. Client desires to purchase the Hardware Client has been using with the WordStock Software Product called Credit Card Authorization / Electronic Funds Transfer Program ["CCA"].

2. WordStock agrees to lease the Hardware to Client for a lease payment of $30 per month, per Point-of-Sale Station [POS]. The Hardware shall be whatever WordStock deems necessary to use CCA, as per the attached Schedule A. The term of the lease shall be 36 (thirty-six) months. At the completion of the term, Client has the option of purchasing the Hardware from WordStock, at a cost of $85 (eighty-five dollars), per POS, or returning it to WordStock, postpaid. If Client does not wish to purchase the Hardware, WordStock, at its sole discretion, may continue the lease. However, WordStock, reserves the right to terminate the lease and/or adjust lease fees.

3. WordStock agrees to update and/or replace the Hardware, as may be required by third party vendors, such as Visanet, at no additional cost to Client, and with no increase in the amount of the monthly lease payment, for the Term.
